Jafar Albujasim

Jafar Albujasim is a Clinical Assistant at Berkeley Clinic, supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care within the general practice setting.

He plays an active role in assisting with chronic disease management, working closely with the clinical team to support patients with conditions such as diabetes, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and ischaemic heart disease. His role includes supporting clinical procedures and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and care of patients.
