Our weight management clinic is a service that promotes a holistic approach between GP, Endocrinology Consultant and dietitian.
You will have a pre assessment to rule out any organic or mental health problems
Afterwards there will be a tailored approach to your specific needs with medication (if needed) and elaboration of a monthly food plan.
The follow up will be monthly or every 3 months, based on your progression.
At your first visit you will have:
- Nurse appointment (roughly 30 minutes): your measurements taken by the nurse as well as your health baseline details (roughly 30 minutes)
- An appointment will be booked with a Doctor to outrule any pathology. We will address results of investigations and if needed we will request others accordingly. Medication can be prescribed at this stage.
- A Dietitian appointment will be booked – Virtual appointment. An app will be used for you to monitor your progression as well to check your diet plan for the week/moth
